26th Resurrection
[Today Theo can be seen arguing with the drone of Marisa out on the street! H-He may be drunk, SURPRISE. She looks a bit frightened, and he's sort of following after her as she tries to skitter away, ranting.]
Come ON! Not you too!? Margot, then Shina, then Tlachtga and now this?! Christ Al-fucking-mighty!
M-Mr. Crawford, I really don't have any--
Stop calling me that! What the hell is this town doing?!
I'm sorry, sir, but I really need to get to get home!
[And off she trots. Theo is left standing there, looking confused and crushed, which melts away quickly to anger. He turns to head home after a few moments. His two crow familiars join him then, and chatter support at him. To most others, they just make crow noises, but he can obviously understand them. Or maybe he IS just really drunk.]
Maybe, I don't know.
...
No, she's droned too. ...For awhile now.
...
What?! No, he isn't... I don't think he is. Not that it goddamn matters!
...
Because! He doesn't... talk to me anymore, remember?
...
Are you crazy?! What do you know, stupid bird...
[It goes on like this for awhile as he walks through town. But, it results in Theo ending up at Ken's house on Partridge Drive. Feel free to stop him during any of this, or answer the door when he knocks. Loudy.]

...it USED to be.
Whatever. It makes the day go faster at any rate.
no subject
And I understand trying to make the days here blur together but it's bad for you Theo.
no subject
Doesn't matter. It's Mayfield. Worst I do is die, and get all fixed up the next day.
[He sighs.] I just don't get this place! There's no point to anything! You sit around, they fuck with you, and they send you off when they feel like it.
no subject
You don't need anything else going wrong with your system right now. But yeah, I agree this place is fucked up. It's like we're at the mercy of a sadistic two year old that keeps getting called away by their parents.

[Also, just because it amuses him, gives Theo tea cookies]
no subject
[He looks at the cookies. What. Ok he'll have a cookie.]
no subject
So...at least you're making friends if you're this upset about it.
no subject
What? No, this town just keeps taking away all the at least halfway-worthwhile people. It's pissing me off. Keep the idiots but lose the useful ones.

[He points to the birds.] They figured you were by this point too.
no subject
And no, this town isn't getting rid of me that easily.
no subject
[Surprisingly, he finishes up the tea. One of the birds caws at him again, and he glares at it.]
no subject
Yeah, I think I've only been droned once...but that's probably gonna change soon. And what did he say?
no subject
He's... being an annoying buzzard, that's what.
[Now both birds caw.]
no subject
Somethin' like that. I can't give you the details, but I can say you aren't far off.
no subject
[One of them flies in now to sit on the back of Theo's chair. And to say hi to Ken. He gives out shiny things, after all! And maybe some food now that they can actually eat again. Theo sighs and pats it on the head anyway.]
Why the hell are you gonna do that? Think you'll actually get anything out of it? Besides brainwashing?
no subject
It's...well, think of it as recon. It's more of a test then anything.
no subject
Hnn. I'd ask more questions but I suppose I won't be getting answers from you anyway.
no subject
[Well, if he thought to try and recruit Theo he might have, but he doesn't want the little guy getting into more trouble. And he doesn't want any more Zombies shambling about.]

no subject
[He's going to be extra annoying and pat Theo on the head]
no subject
Yeah, right. Wait and see. You know me so you're cursed.
no subject
I could say the same for you.
