49th Ressurection
[Oh, a zombie plague? Thanks, Mayfield! Theo here is a very, very talented nercomancer, and has been dying (no pun intended) for a chance like this. Mayfield isn't a very conducive place to exercise his gifts, and now it's provide for him tons of undead he can have complete control over.
On Sunday and Monday, Theo will be just messing around with the zombies. Making them do stupid stuff, seeing how far he can exercise his control over them, how much energy it takes, what he can do. Never let it be said that Theo was anything but a careful, thorough spellcaster. He takes it very seriously, and it pays.
He'll even be setting up a game with them. You will find him sitting at the high school baseball field, having the zombies playing a rousing game while he sits in the stands, controlling the spells, laughing and having a grand old time. His crows are with him, cawing cheers with him.]
C'mon! Just cuz you're dead doesn't mean you can't pitch better than that. What, afraid your arm might fall off? Put some elbow grease into it!
[Did I mention he's been drinking too? Though that might be obvious at this point.]
---
[By Tuesday and Wednesday though, Theo will be... degenerating. Slipping away. Simply put, the boy is crazy. Power and magic tends to quickly go to his head, and he goes overboard. That's how he got himself killed back home in the first place.
He'll be getting more sadistic with his toying, doing violent things with the infected people. Turning them on each other or people in the streets, running them off of buildings or into cars, using them as weapons against anyone who tries to stop him. He's crazy and dangerous. Coming after him at this point means you run the risk of being injured or killed. He's in his element here and is going to have as much fun as he can while it lasts!]
---
[As far as his not!family, as long as they stay inside, they're in the safest house in town. Theo warded the hell out of that house over a year ago against an attack just like this, and nothing undead that Theo doesn't want there won't be making it past the yard without being incinerated by the spell. Theo will return on occasion, though. He needs spell components, and the main one for control of the undead is human ashes. The smoke and the smell from the yard of 337 Brady Lane is a disturbing sign that something is up, if anyone cares to investigate.]

Monday
But baseball being played by zombies? Even he had to admit he found that an interesting premise, despite his usual lack of enthusiasm towards the game. And his eyes will eventually be drawn to the unzombified man sitting in the bleachers, who he'll give a short wave to.]
Quite a game, hmm?

Theo doesn't give a damn about sports and doesn't really know the finer points of the game, but doesn't really care. Right now, this is hilarious.]
Hell yeah. If only every game was played like this, then maybe I'd give a fuck about sports.
no subject
Indeed! It's a rather boring sport, but I must admit I'm impressed by the way you've found to liven it up!

Theo cackles, sitting on a mail box with his flask in one hand and his jar of ashes in the other. He just as a few zombies climbing up some trees and jumpung out. He's running out of creative steam but what the hell, he still seems entertained.
When he hears Ken, he laughter stops, and he turns to his friend with a frightening glare.]
Ken! Don't you start with me! Not again!

Maybe that's why she didn't seem worried as she walked by Theo's house, her flesh rotting and her movements odd and lurching.]
Hi! You look so lonely. Is everything okay?

Theo grinned at the girl.]
Yeah, it's a pretty good night if you ask me.

[She laughs. Then her stomach rumbles. Oh, right. She hasn't eaten in a while. Not since Ryo.
And that guy looks tasty...]

Probably Sunday!
So Applejack has been back at the house now trying to figure out what best to do. The fact that the zombies can't seem to make it to the house makes her think she should start getting others inside here to be safe, but it probably wouldn't be a good idea to do so on her own. Much as she hated to admit it, she probably should get some help.
Which means asking a housemate to come with her to track down her friends and others. Maybe Theo can be convinced to help since....he's....gleefully laughing as some zombies slap themselves over and over? Is he making them do that?
Next time Theo steps inside to get some components and heads out, a pony is blocking the door with a determined look on her face.]
Ah need to ask you some questions, Theo, but right now, Ah more worried about mah friends and Ah could use your help to go get them.

Busy? Busy doing what? Making those zombies do a hoedown for you?
Look, Ah need to check on my friends, and Ah don't think they'd appreciate if Ah came calling as a zombie, so Ah'd be grateful if someone came along to watch mah back. We can check on your friends as well, make sure they are safe or even get them here if those wards of yours are so strong. If you can handle them so well, it shouldn't take you what? An hour or two?
